2007 Hyundai Sonata. Both sun visors: the plastic cracks, you hear a clicking noise then the visors will not stay up anymore. The visors hang down in your line of vision. I tried velco to fix but it is not strong enough so I literally sewed the visor to the roof of the car.
Owner report to NHTSA, 2010, at 60,000 miles
The sunvisors in my 2007 Hyundai Sonata will not stay up and will not stay fully extended. They hang right in the line of sight. This is most certainly a mfg defect and a safety issue. I also have a 1995 gmc and 1967 pontiac both still have their original sunvisors that work perfectly.
